Polincay owns since 2004 a saw mill in La Union, southern Chile, to secure permanent supply of raw materials to manufacture its products.

The company has two sawmill lines, with the latest technology and an annual production capacity of over 100,000 m3 of Radiata pine sawn lumber, that is complemented with 6 Drying Kilns with a capacity that exceeds 60,000 m3 per year. A modern remanufacturing plant has the capacity to process those products, generate the input for the door and moulding plants.

Polincay´s sawn lumber is produced 100% out of Radiata pine grown in Chile on private plantations, which are managed and harvested with state of the art technology and great respect for the environment.
