Motivated by the certainty and the necessity to assume an active roll in the cultural management, the year 2004 Polincay created Trece Art Gallery with the aim of spreading the work of the Chilean artists. Today Trece Art Gallery has transformed into an important pole of development and diffusion for national creators, as much consecrated as emergent.
